  • Systemic Risk, Dependency & Impediment Management: Identify, track, manage, and escalate systemic risks, cross-ART dependencies, capacity constraints, organizational impediments, and execution-pattern issues before they threaten delivery commitments.

  • Relentless Improvement & ART Maturity: Drive continuous improvement across teams and leadership forums by ensuring improvement actions become owned, visible, prioritized, measurable, and embedded into future planning cycles.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, Agile delivery leadership, SDLC operations, product delivery, systems delivery, or related technology execution roles.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience facilitating or leading Agile Release Train execution, PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and ART-level delivery governance.

  • Tooling & Reporting: Experience with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Agile dashboards, flow metrics, dependency tracking, and executive-ready delivery reporting preferred.
