What are Scrum Masters?

They act as facilitators, ensuring that the team follows Scrum practices, removes obstacles, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Scrum Masters are not traditional managers; instead, they serve the team by coaching, guiding meetings, and supporting collaboration. Their goal is to help teams deliver value efficiently and adapt to changes quickly. They work closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
