Job Summary:
Deloitte is a leading consulting firm, and they are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer. In this role, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage the flow of value through Agile Release Trains, and coach teams in Lean-Agile practices.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• For RTEs: Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as the Program Kanban.
• Facilitate PI Planning readiness and events.
• Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
• Escalate and track impediments to resolution.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of progressive experience as a Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer in a corporate or enterprise environment, including leading Agile ceremonies, managing cross-team dependencies, and supporting delivery execution.
• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or RTE roles, plus at least one active certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience applying Agile scaling frameworks, with 2+ years of direct experience in SAFe within multi-team or program-level delivery environments.
• 5+ years demonstrating strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, including facilitating planning sessions, aligning stakeholders, removing impediments, and resolving team or program-level delivery issues.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
