A Scrum Coach plays a crucial role in guiding teams through the adoption of agile methodologies by offering hands-on support, facilitating training sessions, and providing ongoing feedback. They often observe team dynamics, help identify and remove impediments, and coach both individuals and groups on Scrum principles and best practices. During the transition, the coach works closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and to foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires adaptability, patience, and strong communication skills, as teams may face resistance or confusion when changing established workflows.
