Job description

NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Qliksense Consultant.
Details:
QlikSense Datawarehouse Specialist
Location: Irvine, CA - Hybrid (3 days remote 2 days onsite)
Duration: 6-12 months
Overview:
The QlikSense Datawarehouse Specialist is part of the DW/BI team and responsible for development and administration of dashboard reporting applications.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist and participate in the development of QlikSense data models, scripts and reports for new dashboard initiatives
  • Enhance and maintain QlikSense scripts and reports for existing dashboards
  • Provide and coordinate trouble shooting support for dashboards and data warehouses
  • Assist and participate in the development of SQL scripts to validate data used by dashboards
  • Provide or coordinate troubleshooting support for data warehouses
  • Verify the structure, accuracy or quality of warehouse data
  • Map data between resource systems, data warehouses and data marts
  • Implement business rules via stored procedures, middleware or other technologies
  • Assist and participate in the development or maintenance of standards such as organization, structure, or nomenclature for the design of data warehouse elements such as data architectures, models, tools and databases
  • Create plans, test files and scripts for data warehouse testing, ranging from unit to integration testing
  • Create or implement metadata processes and frameworks
  • Assist and participate in the development of data warehouse process models, including sourcing, loading, transformation and extraction

Qualifications:
  • Must have a recent BS Computer Science
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a strong interest in data warehousing, business intelligence and/or data analytics
