OneStream - Senior Finance Systems Analyst 

(Remote/Hybrid)

1-2 days on-site in Mechanicsburg, PA

The Senior Finance Systems Analyst works as part of the Finance Systems and Solutions team, performing recurring system maintenance, daily task/ticket management/resolution, and development for projects related to OneStream.  This position is responsible for defining requirements, executing project plans, coding fixes and enhancements, documenting corporate system processes/procedures, and supporting corporate users in day-to-day operations. 

The successful candidate pays great attention to detail, can analyze complex business problems, and is comfortable documenting requirements and outcomes of technical enhancements.  In addition, he/she is focused on business needs, quality solutions, and data-driven decisions.  The ability to participate in the organization of department timelines and follow up with team members or internal customers is crucial.  


  • Provide daily support to functional users on Select Medical’s OneStream application.  
  • Perform design, development, and implementation of all OneStream-related enhancements, fixes, and projects.  
  • Demonstrate the ability to teach/train other team members and communicate professionally with business customers 
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes related to all relevant systems 
  • Demonstrate an understanding of functionality, maintenance, and support of the core financial systems 
  • Serve as primary subject matter expert for design and development within OneStream 
  • Design, Develop, Test, and Implement new solutions and enhancements  
  • Estimate and evaluate effort for potential projects 
  • Take a project through all stages of the SDLC
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and financial data requests for all divisions. 
  • Support UAT and other application testing during routine and unscheduled maintenance cycles, system implementations, or other integration projects.  Assist with developing appropriate documentation, such as business requirements and test scripts 
  • Analyze and document current business functions to identify areas for opportunity.  
  • Assist with the annual Finance Systems SOX review, including updating documentation and providing support for internal/external testing. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improving the financial and operational reporting processes.

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 5+ years of applicable experience in OneStream design and development, and supporting OneStream applications 
  • Basic understanding of SQL scripting
