Business Analyst needs 5-8 years experience

Business Analyst requires:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience desired.
  • Product analyst using BA template 5-8 years' experience of relevant experience as a Business Analysis and/or Product analyst across multiple projects in at least 1 full project life cycle Experience in agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Experience with requirement elicitation and refinement techniques Experience with implementations of SaaS and/or on-prem applications Experience with acquiring functional knowledge of new software applications Business-facing experience, taking ideas from conception to implementation Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems and build consensus Proficient in MS Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence Experience with Loss Prevention applications would be preferred Knowledge of IT technology, retail industry tools, and trends is highly preferred

Business Analyst duties:

  • Supports the PO with impact analysis, requirement context analysis, and building consensus with stakeholders
  • Collaborates on the development of test scripts
  • Participates in functional and non-functional testing to support solution validation
