Job Description
The Principal EWM/LE Functional Analyst is a member of the Information Technology team that is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP/S4Hana EWM/LE application processes and enhancements to meet end-user needs.
Responsibilities:
Being responsible for identifying & documenting business requirements, and mapping them to SAP to design the future state solution.
Configuring and prototyping business solutions based on blueprint/business process definitions.
Assisting with testing activities such as, but not limited to, creating test scenarios, cases, and scripts, as well as executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Developing a strong understanding of all system functions within the SAPS/4Hana EWM & LE to effectively support and improve the ongoing architecture.
Planning, organizing, documenting, coordinating, and scheduling work in the development of assigned tasks. May lead or supervise the assignments of other team members.
Assisting with training activities and post-implementation support.
Staying abreast of current and future business policies, procedures, and workflows within the Business Unit that is supported.
Develop and maintain process SOP's.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
10+ years of ERP implementation experience as an EWM/LE Functional Analyst.
5+ years of ERP implementation experience in Logistics Execution such as inbound delivery, outbound delivery, and handling units
Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP S4/Hana EWM/LE
Experience working with Supply Chain and Operations teams in a fast-paced technology company.
Experience with management of outsourced manufacturing system processes
SAP certification would be a plus.
Experience with a manufacturing organization would be a plus.
Experience with detailed requirements gathering and strong business process design skills.
Significant experience with the unit, integration testing, and user acceptance testing along with post-production support
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and build trust with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous issues and tasks.
Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
Capability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Organized and detailed oriented
Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology.
