Job description

This is a Full Time (80 hours every two weeks) benefited position, working 8-hour day shifts Monday - Friday. Start times will vary between 6:30-8am. Located at Scripps Clinic in Torrey Pines but required to float to Rancho Bernardo and Carmel Valley on a weekly basis.

Join Scripps Clinic in Torrey Pines in the Podiatry Department where patient care is the highest priority. As a clinical RN you will be working with seven Podiatrists throughout Scripps. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice - patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
  • Working collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • CA RN license
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ADN or Nursing Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous RN experience, specifically in a clinic setting
  • Previous Podiatry experience
