Job Summary
Our client in Mentor, Ohio is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Technician to support precision manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up CNC equipment, making tooling and offset adjustments, and ensuring machines are properly prepared for production.
Responsibilities
  • Set up CNC machines for production runs.
  • Install and adjust tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
  • Load and verify CNC programs.
  • Set tool offsets and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform first-piece inspections and ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
