Job description

We are seeking a long-term, energetic, and motivated Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Driver to join our small team. This labor-intensive role involves physical inventory counts, palletizing, shrink wrapping materials, receiving incoming stock, and preparing finished products for delivery or truck line pick up.


The individual will also operate forklifts and drive a box truck or van for local deliveries and pickups within the Louisville and Southern Indiana area, ensuring you are home each night. Candidate must have basic computer skills. Position is labor intensive.


To qualify you must have a clean driving record, pass a DOT physical and drug screen, and have a clean criminal background check.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Conduct manual physical inventory counts
  • Receive and organize incoming materials
  • Prepare orders for shipment and delivery
  • Palletize and shrink wrap materials for storage and transport
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Drive box truck or van for local deliveries and pickups within designated area
  • Maintain accuracy in inventory records using warehouse management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in warehouse and delivery operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift experience
  • Proficient in forklift operation, box truck driving, and material handling
  • Skilled in shrink wrapping and basic computer usage
  • Strong time management and physical stamina
  • Excellent attention to detail
