This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the screen-printing industry while working with cutting-edge equipment and a supportive team.

Your Role in the Hive: What You'll Do

Reclaim, clean, and maintain screens using an automatic screen washer.

Inspect screens for damage, ghost images, pinholes, or remaining residue.

Maintain equipment and inventory in the reclaim room.

Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

Communicate with production teams to ensure timely workflow.

What It Takes to Succeed:

Experience is helpful, but not required - we'll train the right person!

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Willingness to work with tools, ink, chemicals, and machinery.

Good time management and communication skills.
