Position Summary

This position will operate screen printing equipment, ensuring high-quality screen printing of custom designs onto T-shirts, maintain the printing process from setup to completion and assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and distributing the inventory. This is a part-time position with daytime hours up to 20 hours per week, depending on business needs; availability may vary based on production schedules and workload.


Day-To-Day Responsibilities

  • Operate screen printing equipment and heat press.
  • Prepare T-shirts by accurately producing orders based on submitted order forms.
  • Review artwork and designs for print quality and accuracy before production. 
  • Perform quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure consistency and accuracy. 
  • Maintain production schedules while meeting established deadlines. 
  • Package completed orders for pickup or shipment. 
  • Clean, organize and maintain printing equipment and work areas. 
  • Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines. 
  • Support operations department and the warehouse with any other needs and assigned tasks.

  • Comfort with working in a screen-printing environment that may involve exposure to inks and chemicals.
