The DTG/DTF Production Associates is responsibilities are to operating Direct to Garment and Direct to Film Printing equipment to produce custom designs on apparel. At Getfastshirt.com we are seeking experienced individual who are passionate about producing high-quality apparels using various techniques including DTF . embroidery, heat press operation and DTG printing. They are also responsible to involve a combination of technical skills, attention details and ability to work effectively within a production team.

Responsibilities for DTG/DTF Production Associates

Operate DTF (Direct to Film) printing machine to produce custom designs and graphics directly onto garments.

Ensure the quality and consistency of all produced logo and apparel items, adhering to Getfastshirt.com standards and customer specifications.

Perform heat press operations to apply graphics, logos, and designs onto garments with accuracy and consistency.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications: 

Previous experience in production and manufacturing welcomed but not required

Proficiency in operating DTF machines. Experience in embroidery machines, screen printing machines, heat press equipment, and DTG printer is a plus.
