Job description

The Events Tech provides technical support to the Events Team with an emphasis on sound and lighting for external events. 
 

Reports to:         Hub & Events Ministry Director

Works with:       Events Team, Worship Team, Staff and Volunteers

Works:                Temporary, Part-time, Hourly

Hours:                 On-Call: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Various Hours As Needed

AUDIO & VIDEO SUPPORT – 90%

  • Mix audio for smaller outside events (memorials, weddings, banquets, etc.).
  • Setup and operate on-screen media (video slideshows, slides, music tracks, etc.) for outside events.
  • Operate video switcher for large events.
  • Setup and operate portable streaming system for outside events.
   EVENT SUPPORT – 10%
  • Engage with outside event contacts per event needs.
  • Assist events team in flow of event.
