  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • Tremendous growth and advancement opportunities
  • People-first culture with strong leadership support
  • A true scratch kitchen where quality matters

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • A true passion for scratch cooking and high-quality food execution
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing and mentoring teams
  • Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Proven ability to manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen systems
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence in the kitchen
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

If you’re a chef who believes that great food starts with great people and strong systems, and you’re ready to grow with a company that’s investing in both—this is your opportunity.
