Keller Williams GO Network - General Manager of Growth

GO MANAGEMENT, LLC

Fort Worth, TX โ€ข On-site

$70K/yr

Full-time

Job description

Who Are We?

GO Network is a network of companies that come together on a real estate platform, providing our agents with everything they need to run their real estate businesses. Our scoreboard is net agent count, gross recruits, Company Dollar, and Net Owner Profit — and the real profit story lives in Platform revenue, through verticals (mortgage, title, insurance, leads), partnerships, and the opportunities that ride on top of 23,500+ annual transactions across the network. We are built for growth at scale and for leaders who can install discipline, develop people, and execute the standard.

Who Are We Looking For?

A General Manager of Growth who owns a marketplace. This is a player-coach seat — not a desk job, not a pure overseer. The right person delivers personally on the front of the funnel (top-agent retention, recruiting, bench scouting) and develops a strong Growth Leader at each Market Center to carry the rest.

They are confident, decisive, and accountable. They hold the standard. They cast vision. They develop people. They are 100% in the GO Network world.

They do not infringe on the day-to-day operations of the Operating Principal or local Market Center leadership — but they have direct authority over the Vice President of Growth and Development at each Market Center, including the authority to performance-manage and replace. The President of GO Network provides reinforcement when needed; otherwise, the GM enforces the standard

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitment of real estate agents in our local marketplace

Retention of our real estate agents associated with our GO Network Market Centers

Coaching and Accountability of Vice Presidents of Growth and Development

Marketplace ownership: Identify territory expansion opportunities — independents and small brokerages outside the GO Network footprint that could become satellites or future office locations.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Real estate brokerage experience with a track record of recruiting, retention, and leadership development.
  • Coaching capability — can develop a leader, not just measure one. Comfortable with vision casting and belief transfer.
  • Financial literacy — reads and acts on Net Owner Profit; understands below-the-line economics.
  • Goal setting, planning, and accountability discipline. Holds the standard.
  • High assertiveness paired with relational intelligence — confident, not arrogant; sensitive yet strong.
  • Learning-based, growth-oriented, willing to be coached. Operates personally and professionally at a high standard.
  • Willingness to follow the GO Network model and protect the systems that make GO Network different.
