Primary Responsibility:

  • Efficiently operate and manage 500 to 1,000 devices, ensuring optimal performance, service quality, and workforce coordination. Able to lift 60 pounds with major issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight & Maintenance

  • Vehicle Cleanliness & User Compliance
  • Ensure all affiliated vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and suitable for use.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify user compliance with vehicle guidelines.
  • Battery Replacement
  • Replace device batteries in designated areas to ensure all units remain fully powered and operational.
  • Faulty & Damaged Device Management
  • Identify, assess, and retrieve faulty or damaged devices from the field for repair or further inspection.
  • Lost & Damaged Device Tracking
  • Monitor the status of lost or damaged devices, ensuring timely resolutions to maintain service quality.
  • Field Device Cleaning
  • Perform routine cleaning of deployed devices to maintain usability and appearance for customers.

Shift & Workforce Management

  • Shift Attendance Monitoring & Adjustments
  • Oversee shift schedules, monitor attendance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Daily Shift Order & Performance Oversight
  • Ensure all shift duties are executed efficiently and according to plan.
  • Backup Support for Shifters & Engineers
  • Step in for Shifters or Engineers when needed to ensure continuity in operations.

Deployment & Field Organization

  • Deployment Point Optimization
  • Identify and modify deployment points to maximize service coverage and meet user demand.
  • Device Organization & Deployment Check
  • Inspect and arrange deployed devices to ensure proper placement and full functionality.
