As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you'll be a part of opening a brand new location for SCL Health to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

  • You would practice in Amber Creek, Thornton, CO
  • Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7:00am-5pm
  • Shared Practice Phone Call

Your experience.

  • Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.  
  • Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
  • Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
