  • Guaranteed first year salary.
  • $283K annual salary based on 2.5 patients per hour
  • $30K hiring bonus
  • $20K relocation allowance
  • $2000 monthly resident stipend commencing the month after contract signed
  • 4 week Medical Spanish Program in Xayla, Guatemala
