How You'll Add Value:

The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely alongside the Account Management/Sales team and will assist in all support areas of sales. The successful applicant must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner and have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to assist internal and external personnel with inquiries and schedule meetings and appointments as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Facilitate communication between sales team and SMEs throughout the Sample and Repository Solutions (SRS) division

  • Manage daily pricing requests

  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, client communications, presentations, and contract values

  • Complete RFPs, including creation, coordination of information within SRS, completion, and submission

  • Meet with SMEs and internal departments to ensure proposal objectives are met

  • Responsible for maintaining client databases including contract management and confidentiality agreements

  • Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients through the daily management of multiple client projects

  • Ensure accurate proposals are completed in a timely manner according to department quality standards

What You Will Bring:

  • High School diploma/GED education required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Science, Project Management or Business is preferred

  • Experience in Life Science industry is a plus

  • 1-3 years customer service/sales experience

  • Experience working in multi-cultural and/or and global environments

  • Experience using a CRM program e.g. ACT, Goldmine, Salesforce.com

Your Working Conditions:

  • General office setting

  • Employee may occasionally work in an area with potentially infectious materials

  • Employee will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment and enforcing and following Universal Precautions for bloodborne pathogens when working in an area considered to be potentially contaminated

United States Base Compensation: $62,000.00 - $78,000.00

The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure.
