The Content and Creative Lead will play a critical role in shaping the content strategy. This role ensures every creative solution is strategically aligned with business objectives, delivers a consistent GE HealthCare brand experience, and produces measurable business impact.
Reporting to the Head of Creative & Storytelling, this individual will oversee concept development, storytelling, messaging, creative quality, and innovation while leveraging emerging AI technologies to accelerate ideation, improve workflows, and enhance creative quality. AI will be used as a creative accelerator and not as a replacement for human judgment or the creation of final customer-facing content.Job Description

Content Development

The Content & Creative Lead will be responsible for developing and guiding high-quality content across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints. This includes writing, editing, and shaping messaging for campaign concepts, digital assets, event materials, video scripts, social content, presentations, sales enablement, and internal communications. The role requires the ability to translate complex healthcare solutions into clear, compelling, audience-specific content that aligns with GE HealthCare's brand voice, business objectives, and compliance requirements.

  • Develop compelling narratives that translate complex healthcare technologies into clear customer value.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, and Corporate Communications teams to build integrated campaign strategies.
  • Guide content architecture across the customer journey-from awareness through advocacy.
  • Ensure messaging reflects customer insights, business priorities, and clinical relevance.

Creative Quality & Governance

  • Establish creative standards and review processes that ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide creative direction and coaching to designers, copywriters, agencies, and production teams.
  • Conduct creative reviews and maintain consistency across global campaigns.
  • Champion continuous improvement in storytelling, visual design, and customer experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • 6-8+ years of experience in creative leadership, content development or integrated marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level creative campaigns.
  • Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and creative direction skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, customer experience, and campaign development.
  • Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority across matrixed organizations.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
  • Experience working within an internal creative agency or integrated marketing organization.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and collaborative creative workflows.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $76,000.00-$114,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
