THE ROLE
You'll be the creative craft lead behind always-on and campaign content for Dove-bringing strong ideas, sharp execution, and confident collaboration. Working at the intersection of creative, social strategy, production and performance, you'll turn insight into content that is on-brand, rights-safe and ready to publish.
Success means delivering high-quality work at pace, raising creative standards, and using performance learnings to improve content over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Create social-first content for Dove across key channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest as relevant) that supports awareness, consideration and conversion goals
  • Develop content concepts that connect Dove's purpose with everyday culture in a respectful, brand-safe way
  • Write and refine scripts, captions and hooks aligned to Dove's tone of voice and inclusive approach
  • Shoot, edit and finish short-form video (where required), plus create static and motion assets in multiple formats

  • Partner with Social, Brand, Legal/Compliance and Media teams to ensure content is accurate, approved, and optimised for placement
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers and production partners to deliver content that is authentic, rights-cleared and on message

  • Maintain high standards for representation and accessibility (e.g., captions, thoughtful casting, inclusive visuals) in line with Dove's brand principles
  • Support and guide junior creators through clear feedback that improves consistency and craft

WHAT YOU BRING (MUST-HAVES)
  • A portfolio of social-first content (short-form video and statics), ideally including beauty/personal care or purpose-led brand work
  • Strong capability in concepting, scripting and editing for mobile-first platforms, with a clear feel for pacing, hooks and sound
  • Ability to translate a brief into platform-native content that stays true to brand strategy and delivers measurable outcomes
  • Experience working within brand governance (tone of voice, claims, approvals, usage rights) and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Practical skills in relevant tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere/After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Canva-depending on your workflow)
  • Professional proficiency in communicating ideas, taking feedback, and moving work forward with clarity
  • Experience creating for global brands across multiple markets, including localisation and versioning workflows
  • Familiarity with paid social best practice (safe zones, messaging hierarchy, CTA clarity, testing variants)
  • Experience working with creator partnerships and UGC-style production
  • Understanding of content accessibility standards and inclusive production practices
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $106,250.00 to $117,750.00.
