Labcorp is seeking a Lab Intern to join our team located in St Paul, MN

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm / 40hrs per week

Job Responsibilities:

Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations

Assist with non-testing laboratory tasks, such as specimen organization, inventory, and workspace preparation

Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision

Support approved laboratory projects

Follow all safety and compliance standard operating procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology Bachelor's degree program

Additional Job Standards:

Interest in laboratory science

Interest in diagnostics industry

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures

Eagerness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts

Show initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision

Maintain professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

Duration: 11 weeks, full-time

Dates of Internship: June 1st - August 13th, 2027

Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

**Pay Range: $17.75-22/hr

All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.Employees who are regularly scheduled toworka 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
