Title - Ivanti Consulatnt/Lead
Remote
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and administer Ivanti Endpoint Manager platform for enterprise devices
* Perform device lifecycle management: provisioning, enrollment, patching, compliance, and decommissioning
* Configure and deploy:
o Device policies (security, compliance, configuration)
o OS and 3rd-party patch management via Ivanti
* Handle application packaging & software deployment across Windows/Mac environments
* Monitor endpoint health, compliance posture, and perform proactive remediation
* Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint-related issues and service request
* Troubleshoot:
o Device performance issues
o Patch failures
o Application deployment issues
* Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for recurring issues
* Collaborate with security teams to implement endpoint protection and hardening controls
* Support automation and scripting initiatives to improve operational efficiency
* Should be involved in migration/transformation programs (e.g., Ivanti → Intune, co-existence models)
Required Skills & Experience
* 8-10 years of experience in endpoint/device management
* Strong hands-on expertise in:
o Ivanti Endpoint Manager / Ivanti Neurons
o OS patching and 3rd-party application updates using Ivanti
* Experience in:
o Have strong migration experience in Ivanti to intune or co-existence models.
o Application packaging (Win32, MSI, scripting)
o Software distribution and deployment
o Device provisioning and imaging
* Solid understanding of:
o Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
o Endpoint security policies (BitLocker, AV, firewall)
* Hands-on with:
o PowerShell scripting for automation
o Troubleshooting endpoint agents and policies
* Experience working in ITSM-driven environments (incident, change, problem management)
* Exposure to hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud endpoint management)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
