As a member of Everblue's instructional team, you will facilitate classroom and field-based training, support workforce development initiatives, and help prepare participants for industry-recognized certifications and success in the field.

We train statewide and nationally and will work with you to deliver training where it creates the greatest impact. Everblue provides instructor onboarding, curriculum support, and ongoing professional development to help instructors succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate practical exercises and demonstrations while maintaining a safe and effective learning environment
  • Travel throughout Georgia and the Southeast as needed to support training delivery
  • Assess participant performance through field evaluations, skills demonstrations, and written assessments
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers, clients, and operations staff to continuously improve training programs
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, equipment, and classroom resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent Everblue professionally with clients, partners, and participants
  • Support workforce development initiatives that expand opportunities within the energy efficiency industry
Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to facilitate learning in both classroom and field environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and related technology platforms
  • Ability to manage logistics associated with travel-based training assignments
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and training environments
Preferred Qualifications

  • BPI, RESNET, NABCEP, LEED, or similar industry certifications preferred
  • Experience delivering technical, workforce development, apprenticeship, certification, or adult education programs
  • Experience conducting hands-on skills training in field environments

Candidates with strong technical experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply, even if they do not currently hold industry certifications. Everblue supports ongoing professional development and certification attainment.

Desired Attributes
  • Passion for workforce development and sustainability
  • Natural curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
  • Exceptional organizational and preparation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability
  • Comfort working independently in diverse environments
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
Benefits & Compensation

  • Paid travel and lodging for all assignments
  • Professional development and certification opportunities
  • Flexible, mission-driven work environment
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on workforce development and energy efficiency initiatives
