Description
  • Developing an Integrated Master Schedules to track cost, schedule, and performance
  • Utilizing Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, and Acumen software tools to track and report on EVM data
  • Conducting risk analysis and reporting, issue analysis, identification and escalation for large-scale DOD projects
  • Conducting requirements analysis to decompose project requirements to operational levels
  • Drafting financial reports, work statements, and cost estimates

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 12 years of program/project management
  • Minimum of one or more years of Earned Value Management (EVM) supporting DOD contracts
  • Creation of project financial reports and cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project and/or Open Plan
  • Risk analysis and reporting, issue analysis, identification and escalation for large-scale DOD projects
  • Conduct cost and schedule analysis of multiple ongoing project efforts in support of an organizational level IMS including de-confliction of project dependencies
Desired Skills
  • Experience using Deltek software products for EVM analysis and reporting
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with business analysis/decomposition of requirements to operational/engineering levels in preparation for capability development and/or acquisition
