Your Role - Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Interpret test results for precision, identify and resolve errors, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
  • Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, assist in training newcomers, and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.
  • Ensure a sanitary and safe workplace, complying with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Education Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable degree in allied health, with plans to obtain ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications Needed
  • ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within the first year of employment.
  • Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
