Le role combine la coordination d'ingenierie, le suivi des livrables techniques, ainsi que des fonctions de repartition et de coordination, permettant une prise de decision basee sur les donnees et une visibilite accrue des programmes, en alignement avec les methodologies PMBP d'Airbus.

Vous ferez partie de l'equipe d'ingenierie en service (ISE), responsable de definir les reparations pour la flotte mondiale d'A220 actuellement immobilisee. Cette equipe s'appuie sur les donnees fournies par l'equipe de calcul/contraintes pour developper des reparations a la fois specifiques et generiques.

Votre role en tant que coordonnateur(trice) en calcul de contraintes pour les reparations structurales consistera a effectuer des taches de gestion de projet liees au developpement de reparations generiques. Cela impliquera d'interagir avec plusieurs fonctions, tant a l'interieur qu'a l'exterieur du departement d'ingenierie en service (ISE), ainsi qu'avec des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants afin d'obtenir les details de planification, le contenu des livrables d'ingenierie et d'assurer leur livraison par les partenaires ISE et les sous-traitants.

Responsabilites

  • Definir le plan de developpement pour les reparations generiques (GREO) et les limites de dommages admissibles (PDL) pour le departement;
  • Identifier les livrables requis en ingenierie et en ISE (rapports de calcul, modeles 3D et dessins) pour executer le plan;
  • S'aligner avec l'ingenierie sur le contenu detaille requis pour ces livrables;
  • Planifier les ressources ISE et suivre l'avancement, incluant la coordination avec les equipes a Toulouse et en Australie;
  • Definir les travaux sous-traites dans le cadre des enonces de travaux (SOW);
  • Fournir aux sous-traitants les donnees necessaires a l'execution des travaux definis dans les SOW;
  • Approuver les rapports de livraison de services des sous-traitants ISE;
  • Identifier les risques et les enjeux lies aux projets assignes et les documenter adequatement dans le systeme;
  • Assurer le suivi via une gouvernance reguliere.

Exigences essentielles

  • Coordination et repartition du travail au sein de l'equipe

Job Title: Structural Repairs Stress Coordinator

Location: Mirabel (3 days a week onsite)

CapGemini Engineering supports large commercial engineering programs by ensuring planning, reliability and engineering deliverables. We are heavily involved in tracking, performance monitoring, and governance execution across complex, multi-functional environments.

About the role

The role combines engineering coordination, technical deliverables follow-up, and dispatching and coordination functions, enabling data-driven decision-making and program visibility aligned with Airbus PMBP methodologies.

You will be part of the In-Service engineering (ISE) team, responsible for defining repairs for the global A220 fleet currently off the ground. This team works from data provided by the engineering stress/calculation team to develop both specific and generic repairs.

The team structure is designed to promote cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous way, with mutual support and collective learning.

Your role as a Structural Repairs Stress Coordinator will involve performing project management tasks related to the development of generic repairs. This will require interfacing with multiple functions inside and outside the In-service engineering department (ISE), as well as with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain planning details, engineering deliverable content, and to ensure their delivery by ISE partners and subcontractors.

Tasks

Define the development plan for generic repairs (GREO) and permissible damage (PDL) for the department;

Identify required engineering and ISE deliverables (calculation reports, 3D models, and drawings) to execute the plan;

Align with engineering on the detailed content required for these deliverables;

Plan ISE resources and track progress, including coordination with teams in Toulouse and Australia;

Define subcontracted work under Statements of Work (SOW);

Provide subcontractors with the data required to perform the work defined in the SOW;

Approve service delivery notes from ISE subcontractors;

Identify risks and issues related to assigned projects and report them appropriately in the system;

Ensure follow-up through regular governance.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $102,883 - $114,316 / year CAD Subject to experience.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
