Our Scientific Communications team partners with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to transform complex scientific data into clear, accurate, and impactful content.
We're looking for a talented Senior Scientific Communications Specialist to join our growing team. What You'll Do
As a Senior Scientific Communications Specialist, you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop scientifically accurate, evidence-based materials while ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and write a variety of scientific and medical communication materials
  • Interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data for healthcare professional audiences
  • Conduct literature reviews and evaluate scientific publications
  • Collaborate with medical directors, editors, project managers, and clients throughout project development
  • Participate in client meetings and scientific discussions
  • Ensure all deliverables are scientifically accurate and compliant with client requirements
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Mentor junior team members and provide scientific guidance when appropriate
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • PharmD or PhD in a life sciences discipline
  • Previous experience in medical communications, scientific communications, medical affairs, or a related healthcare field with experience developing at least one of the following:
    • Scientific slide decks
    • Standard response documents
    • Medical information materials
    • Scientific manuscripts.
  • Strong scientific writing and editing skills
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and scientific literature
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing:
    • Infographics
    • Advisory board materials
    • Training materials
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical or biotechnology clients
  • Promotional, Medical, or Regulatory review experience
  • Client-facing experience
