Gold Ranch in Dayton, Nevada is looking for Dishwashers.

School Schedule friendly - Late afternoons & weekends.


Summary:

Cleans, transports and stores all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils used in the Food and Beverage operations and maintains cleanliness/order of storage rooms and kitchen areas of property. Β 

Requirements

Qualifications:Β 

  • Familiarity with chemicals and sanitation and ware washing techniques and procedures.Β 

Essential Job Functions:Β 

  • Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the restaurant.
  • Ensures that the restaurant has the requisite amounts of the above to avoid service interruptions.Β 
  • Ensures there are adequate number of carts for transport of dirty dishes and utensils.
  • Assist with clearing of tables as needed.
  • Breaks down and properly dispose of empty boxes/cardboard.
  • Takes out trash from back of house areas as needed.Β 
  • Assists with putting food shipments away as needed.Β 
  • Adheres to all departmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn additional duties in the kitchen.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment and ADA Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for entire shift.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with loud background noise.Β 
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.Β 
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist, crouch, squat, lift.Β 
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.Β
