These contract roles offer both full-time (35 hours per week) and part-time options to fit your professional and personal needs.
Caseloads are thoughtfully designed, with most therapists working at one primary site, empowering you to build meaningful relationships with your students. Assignments may include working with students from preschool through high school, including low-incidence units and bilingual programs. Bilingual SLPs are especially encouraged to apply, particularly for roles supporting multilingual learners.
What we’re looking for:
- Active Georgia DOE certification and GA SLP License required
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based speech and language services
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy
- Flexibility to provide services across various sites and age groups
- Commitment to fostering communication and social skills in diverse learning environments
- Bilingual proficiency a plus (with added incentive for certain campuses)
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Maintain detailed records and monitor student progress
- Educate staff and families on support strategies
- Adapt to varying student needs and settings
- Travel as needed between campuses (full assignments typically at a single location)
