Job description

Supervise and instruct kitchen personnel in the safe, proper and efficient use of all kitchen equipment.
Maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Check food shipments into the school, signing invoices only after each order has been verified and assist in the storing of supplies
Determine the quantities of each food to be prepared daily.
Determine the size of serving to meet the necessary requirements
Prepare food according to planned menu. Supervise and assist in the serving of food.
Maintaining a correct monthly inventory of food and supplies.
Order all necessary supplies on a weekly basis
Supervise and assist with the daily cleaning of all cafeteria equipment and the washing and sterilizing of all dishes and utensils.
Perform and Record daily temperature readings of cooler and freezers
Enter lunch counts into computer for children









Will also be providing lunch for Senior Citizens Tuesday's and Thursdays.
