The Program Manager for the Centers of Excellence (COE) Grant is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, administration, and evaluation of federally and privately funded grant programs designed to enhance workforce diversity, student success, health equity, faculty development, community engagement, and healthcare workforce pipeline initiatives. The Program Manager ensures compliance with grant requirements while coordinating program activities that support institutional goals and grant objectives.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Centers of Excellence grant programs.

  • Experience in higher education, healthcare, workforce development, or student success programs.

Education and Experience Preferred:
  • Master's degree in Higher Education, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with HRSA Centers of Excellence grants.
  • Knowledge of health professions education and workforce diversity initiatives.
  • Experience with grant writing and grant reporting.
