What You'll Contribute

The Technology Operations Engineer I will be responsible forsupporting ourmaintenanceand optimization of our technology systems and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Assistin the implementation, configuration, and maintenance ofcloud-basedtechnology systems includingsystems integration.

  • Assistin the monitoring and maintenance of the Snowflakeplatform.

  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of technology operations procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and secure operations.

  • Assistin the creation and generation of routine reports and dashboardsrelating to Snowflake platform usage and cost.

  • Utilize SQL and Python to support dataintegration, automation, and analysis.

  • Enhance and safeguard Snowflake platform operations by administering rolebased access controls, enforcing network security policies, and evaluating cost impacts to ensure efficient and secure data usage.

What you have

Minimum education,skillsand experiencerequired.

  • Basic understanding of RDBMS and their operational role.

  • Basic understanding of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle and organize large volumes of data.

  • Familiarity with data entry and data validation techniques.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in data workflows.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform structured budgetanalysis.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, ora relatedfield. Relevant certifications are a plus.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data management role or a related field.

  • Experience with cloud database management. Snowflakehighlypreferred.
