Job description

As a Part-Time Operations Associate at 2nd Swing, you'll play a key role in keeping our store and online operations running efficiently. This position is responsible for processing online orders, photographing and merchandising inventory, maintaining accurate backroom inventory, and supporting daily operational needs. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend shifts required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.ย 
  • Photograph and merchandise golf equipment for online listings.
  • Receive, organize, and maintain backroom inventory.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular organization and quality checks.
  • Prepare products for shipment and store transfers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
  • Support daily store operations and assist with inventory-related projects as needed.

    Required Qualifications:ย ย 

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.ย 
    • Active golfer or strong knowledge of golf equipment and club specifications preferred.
    • Previous warehouse, retail, or inventory experience preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
