Requirements - High school graduate, Applicant will need to obtain certification in specialty areas.  An employee in this class performs the full range of duties associated with maintenance and repair of all school facilities.  This individual should have a good working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and general plumbing which includes routine sewer maintenance.  Experience in low pressure boilers and related systems will be a plus. Applicant must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions. Job may also require task such as painting, roof repairs and general carpentry. School maintenance employees are on call after regular working hours in the event of emergency situations. State Salary Schedule
