Job description

Works with technical staff, physicians, registrars, and patients to ensure the efficient delivery of imaging reports, while also helping to achieve patient safety and customer satisfaction. Maintains accurate records and clerical workflows. Is attuned to the evolving needs of the department in administering the highest level of timely and integrated patient servicing. Troubleshoots issues that hinder the timely delivery of results to the patient or physician. Continually seeks quality improvement.

Degrees:

  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Computer skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Previous image library experience a plus.
  • Available to work full time hours primarily Monday thru Friday either 6a-230p or 7a-330p.
  • Available to cover 2nd shift as needed.  2nd shift hours vary depending on the day (Monday thru Friday).  It may be 12p-830p or 12p-630p.
  • Available to cover 3rd shift overnight as needed.  3rd shift hours vary depending on the day.  It may be 830p-6a (Sunday to Wednesday) or 630p-6a (Thursday to Saturday).
  • Available to cover weekends as needed.  It may be 6a-830p or 6a-630p.  It may be 8a-430p.
