Job description

Join Our Team
Midas Dublin is a busy, established auto repair shop looking for a skilled, dependable mechanic with strong lift kit and suspension experience. We want someone who knows how to install lift kits the right way, understands the parts involved, and takes pride in quality work — treating every customer's vehicle like their own.
We service everything from brakes, exhaust, and suspension to diagnostics, alignments, and full maintenance, with plenty of lift kit and off-road work — so there's always interesting work and room to build your skills.
What You'll Do
  • Install lift kits correctly and safely, with a solid understanding of the parts and components involved
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
  • Perform brake, exhaust, suspension, steering, and alignment work
  • Advise customers on lift kit options, parts, and fitment
  • Handle routine maintenance: oil changes, tire service, fluid flushes, batteries
  • Run diagnostics and clearly explain needed repairs
  • Keep your bay clean, safe, and organized
  • Deliver honest, high-quality work that keeps customers coming back

What We're Looking For
  • Hands-on experience installing lift kits and strong knowledge of lift kit parts and components
  • Experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
  • Solid knowledge of suspension, steering, brakes, and undercar systems
  • ASE certification a strong plus (we'll support you in getting certified)
  • Own set of basic tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • A reliable, team-first attitude and strong work ethic
  • [High school diploma / GED preferred]

What We Offer
  • Pay based on your knowledge and experience — the more you bring, the more you earn
  • Bonus opportunities on top of base pay
  • [Health / dental / vision benefits]
  • [Paid time off and holidays]
  • [Tool and ASE certification assistance]
  • Steady, year-round work in a busy shop
  • A supportive team and opportunities to advance
