Job description

The Automotive Technician at Vigorous Automotive plays a key role in delivering high-quality repairs while developing technical expertise in a structured, team-oriented environment. This position is designed for technicians at all levels who are committed to continuous improvement, precision workmanship, and professional growth. Team members will gain hands-on experience, work alongside skilled technicians, and follow proven processes that support advancement into higher-level diagnostic roles.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1-2 years of automotive experience (shop, dealership, or school)
  • Entry-level to experienced technicians welcome
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the automotive field
  • Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player with a professional mindset
  • Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Automotive technical school background
  • ASE certifications (or actively pursuing them)
