Job description

Salary Range: $45,427 - $60,000
Responsible for providing Configuration Management (CM), Data Management (DM), and/or Data Library support to the F/A-18 & EA-18G IPT.
Essential Job Functions:
Process and/or manage supporting documentation for a program.
Populate and maintain tracking system that accurately reflects review and approval of technical data.
Review data as required for accuracy/completeness.
Establish a record of documents using established processes and ensure that no less than 90% of documents are current and accurate.
Ensure program schedules are met for CDM tasks performed, and status reports are provided to sponsor.
Maintains Program Data in Program Library and updates Library Database.
Database will be within 98% accuracy.
Change control board tasking, downloading changes, distributing changes, adding changes to program database.
Responsible for the development, validation, verification, production, Quality Assurance, distribution and maintenance of assigned technical documents for the F/A-18 & EA-18G IPT.
Identify and manage technical data throughout the lifecycle of a Software Configuration Set (SCS).
Manage databases and coordinate Development Change Review Board (DCRB) for disposition of anomalies and software changes.
Track requirements and enter test planning data into databases.
Acquire, validate, process, track, maintain, secure, and store contract and/or program data deliverables.
Prepare packages for customers to be shipped via FedEx.
Process and track classified and unclassified data requests outside of program ensuring proper marking and obtain program permission.
Assist in preparation of data in accordance with the program requirements to ensure that data is adequate for their intended use and prepared in a timely manner.
Plan, coordinate, analyze, and/or support work within a subject matter area. Work with supervisors and subject matter specialists to ensure accuracy and adequacy of work in the assigned area.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
High school diploma plus 8 years of related experience. Associate degree plus 2 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
The ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
Teachable, positive attitude, highly motivated, and team oriented.
Ability to perform, manage, and prioritize multiple related tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Effectively communicate (oral and written) with tact and professionalism.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Desired Skills:
Current top secret or secret security clearance.
Familiarization with Agile.
Ability to work within small groups or Scrum team.
