Job description

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old.

  • No RBT? $17-18.00 per hour
  • Sign On Bonus $750.
  • Obtained your RBT? Start at $18.00+ for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $25.00+ with progressions into Advanced ARBT
