Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Assignment Length: 36-week school year contract

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students in educational settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of school staff and specialists
  • Monitor, document, and report student progress and behavioral observations
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, communication, and self-regulation skills
  • Assist in maintaining a positive, safe, and structured learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and related service providers
  • Encourage student engagement and participation throughout the school day
QualificationsRequired
  • Associate's Degree (or higher)
  • Wisconsin DPI Paraprofessional License or eligibility to obtain the license
  • Ability to work effectively with students who require behavioral support
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability
Preferred
  • Previous experience working in schools, special education, ABA, behavioral health, youth services, childcare, or human services
  • Experience supporting students with autism, emotional/behavioral disabilities, or social-emotional needs
