Job Summary
At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing various administrative tasks efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team members.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform data entry, typing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
