Job description

We are excited to announce an opening for a part time Receptionist and School Admin at our massage school. Our ideal candidate would have a strong administrative background and would be comfortable with answering phones, making appointments, and interacting with clients. This role also involves admin work primarily in Google Sheets, so being familiar with and comfortable with Excel/Google sheets is a huge plus! You will need to be self motivated and comfortable working a shift alone. Also, being detail-oriented is a MUST as there are lots of little details we need to be mindful of as a school. Having said that, even though the details are important here, this is a very relaxing and low stress environment.

Schedule:

- Part time (about 10-20 hours per week)

- Work a flexible schedule, including a combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts

- Opening and closing shift availability required
