We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hotel Assistant General Manager.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and exceptional guest experiences. The AGM acts as a key leader, managing staff, handling guest relations, and contributing to the hotel's financial and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the General Manager in managing daily operations across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance,etc.).

  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising hotel staff, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment.
  • Addressing guest concerns, handling complaints, and striving to exceed guest expectations to maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Assisting with budget management, financial planning, and cost control to improve profitability.
  • Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the hotel.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Providing support to the General Manager with administrative tasks and implementing policies.
