  • Established Family Panel: Manage a thriving patient base with a heavy emphasis on newborns, toddlers, and early childhood development. The practice maintains a robust clinical mix of well-child visits and acute care, serving a stable, predominantly private-pay population.
  • Optimized Operational Support: Operate within a "well-oiled machine" featuring 1:1.5 MA support and dedicated intake nurses. Our streamlined Athena EMR utilizes advanced templates to ensure administrative relief and maximum clinical efficiency.
  • Provider-Directed Pacing: Enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule with generous appointment blocks: 20 minutes for well-visits and 10 minutes for acute/follow-up care, averaging a sustainable 2025 patients per day.
