What the ideal candidate will do:
  • Work effectively as a part of the Engineering team to manufacture, assemble, and test various aircraft components, machinery/equipment, and test articles.
  • Resolve issues, report observations, and results to customers and engineers.
  • Collaborate and complete assigned tasks and projects to meet customer requirements.
  • Able and willing to work in amanufacturing machine shop environment.

Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with machine assembly and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints (mechanical required; electrical a plus). Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient with hand, power, and measuring tools, including torque wrenches.
  • Strong attention to detail with communication, math, and mechanical aptitude skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); SAP experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to local customers, including occasional international travel.
