Job Summary
Ocean View School District is excited to announce an opening for School Nurse for the 2026/2027 school year! The School Nurse is an itinerant position that provides health services to several school sites in the district. The position is a temporary contracted position as it is using categorical funds that may change every year.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Copy of Transcript ((Bachelor's, Master's, & Post-Baccalaureate Transcripts with Confer Date))
  • CPR/First Aid Certification ((Valid American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Certificate))
  • Credential Copy ((Valid School Nurse Services Credential))
  • Health ((Valid California Registered Nurse License))
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation ((3 current letters of recommendation within last 2 years))

HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS: Certificated employees are eligible for health and welfare benefits and will receive a district contribution toward a Cafeteria Fringe benefit package. Employees are required to participate in employee only medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.
