Job description

Attendance Clerk and Health Aide Position

Attendance Clerk - 3 hours per day Health Aide - 30 mins per day (paid at $19.64 to $25.01 per hour in 6 steps, 10 months per year).

To apply, applicants must complete an online application through Ed-join by the deadline date. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Any combination of training and experience which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be: Two years of previous experience in record keeping and office support work. District employees must apply using a password-protected, In-District application through Ed-join. The password is available from the Human Resources Office or your site secretary.

Required documents (must be attached to application): - Cover Letter - Resume - One (1) Letters of Recommendation - Typing Certificate: Dated within the last five years - 40 NET Words Per Minute - Online typing tests are NOT accepted - Timed test not less than three (3) minutes. If you cannot find a testing location, see link in sidebar "Typing Test Locations". Attachments must be scanned and submitted through Edjoin. Please do not mail or fax attachments to the District Office. If you have problems with Edjoin, please contact the Edjoin Help Desk.
