About the Role

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, communicating with customers and technicians, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion.
